ODOZIANI ONLINE COALITION – CLARION CALL FOR PEACE, UNITY, AND THE RESTORATION OF NDOKWA WEST’S DIGNITY

The leadership of the Odoziani Online Coalition hereby enjoins the youths of Ndokwa West Local Government Area to rise above transient political entanglements and to consciously labour towards the attainment of perpetual peace, as has been commendably achieved in other constituent Local Government Areas of the Ndokwa Nation.

While passionately advocating peace, the Coalition draws grave attention to the prevailing atmosphere in Kwale, urging all sons and daughters of Ndokwa West to embrace unity. It is a matter of profound dismay to the Coalition that the “Light Up Ndokwa Nation” protest — which has already been peacefully laid to rest in Ndokwa East and Ukwuani LGAs — has, in Ndokwa West, been exploited as an instrument of political manipulation and a means to malign the character of the innocent.

The Coalition maintains that the persistent disorder in Ndokwa West sends a deeply troubling signal, creating an unfortunate precedent whereby the name of the Local Government is invoked whenever negative illustrations are made concerning the Ndokwa Nation. Such notoriety stands in stark contrast to the sublime ideals envisaged by our forebears.

Accordingly, the Odoziani Online Coalition admonishes all parties involved to reflect soberly on the current wave of social media agitations, recognising that political opportunism devoid of love for one’s native land is a betrayal of heritage. The Coalition extends profound appreciation to all stakeholders whose noble contributions have been instrumental in safeguarding the dignity of Ndokwa West, and urges them to remain steadfast in pursuing the lofty aspirations foretold by the founding fathers of Ndokwa Nation.

In the same vein, the Coalition expresses unalloyed gratitude to His Excellency, High Chief Sir Monday Onyeme, for his unwavering focus and composure in the face of unjust and unfounded accusations. In the chronicles of Ndokwa Nation and Delta State at large, he stands unrivalled as the most beloved and compassionate Deputy Governor — a God-ordained leader whose transformative impact cannot be obliterated nor diminished. His benevolence has brought joy and hope to those who could not otherwise attain a life of dignity, not only in Ndokwa Nation but throughout Delta State.

The Coalition reaffirms its commitment to upholding truth, promoting unity, and defending the collective honour of the Ndokwa people. Let peace reign, and let Ndokwa West take its rightful place as a beacon of harmony within the Ndokwa Nation.
