According to Msc joe Ossai,Having view the the performance and the personality of the executive governor His Excellency Sheriff and his His Deputy, his Excellency High Chief Monday Onyeme, Oshini Nwa Ogbei bulu madu 1 of the universe ,that since the inception of their Admistration they have not rested on their Oars just to keep Deltans abreast of their activities and progress of their more smart agenda .
