Cult War moves to Abbi in Ndokwa West Local Government Area.
On the eve of the new year ,One Onueze,( surname unknown), from Abbi Community Ndokwa West Local Government Area was reportedly killed on the early hours of 1st January 2025 immediately after shouting “happy New Year.According to our source, the killing might be unconnected to cult related clashes which resulted to injuries sustained by others. The situation led to other killings. Unconfirmed report has it that other two persons were gunned dawn while another who was said to be a relative of one of their target got serious cuts on his hand. The worrying scenario is that they are targeting even relatives and parents of their enemies bringing apprehension among the people.Currently, curfew has been imposed as members of the Community are expected to be indoors from 6pm to 6am until further notice.
